Loomaface grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use this application for personal, non-commercial
facial analysis purposes only. This license does not include any right
to modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the
application.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, algorithms, and code comprising
this application are the exclusive property of Loomaface and are
protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret,
and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute,
modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform,
republish, download, store, or transmit any part of this application
without prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
otherwise attempt to derive the source code of this application; (b) use
any automated means to access, scrape, extract, or harvest data from
this application; (c) remove any copyright or proprietary notices; (d)
use the application for any commercial purpose; (e) interfere with or
disrupt the application or its servers.
4. Privacy
All facial analysis is performed locally within your browser. Loomaface
does not upload, store, or transmit any images or facial data to
external servers. Optional AI explanations may transmit analysis
metadata to user-configured endpoints only.

This application provides style recommendations for entertainment and
informational purposes only. Results should not be considered
professional advice. Use at your own discretion.
