When you upload a photograph to Loomaface, the image is processed entirely within your browser using TensorFlow.js and the face-api.js library. All computational analysis occurs on your local device. No image data is uploaded to, stored on, or processed by our servers.

Uploaded images reside solely in your browser's temporary memory for the duration of the analysis session and are automatically cleared when you close or refresh the page.

Optional AI Features

Loomaface offers optional AI-powered explanations that may be configured to connect to external language models. Should you choose to enable this feature:

• Only anonymized analysis metadata (numerical measurements, ratios, and categorical labels) is transmitted
• No photographic images or visual data is ever transmitted to external services
• You maintain full control over the API endpoint and authentication credentials
• This feature is disabled by default and requires explicit opt-in activation

Data Collection Practices

Loomaface does not:

• Collect, store, or process personal identification information
• Deploy cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts
• Transmit data to third-party services or advertising networks
• Retain photographic images or analysis results following your session
• Implement user tracking or behavioral analytics

Technical Infrastructure

Machine learning models are delivered via Content Delivery Network and cached locally within your browser environment. All computational operations execute within the browser's sandboxed JavaScript environment without external data transmission.
